Treatment of complications after surgery for Hirschsprung’s disease using posterior sagittal transanal approach (clinical observation)

چکیده
The experience of complications treatment after surgery for Hirschsprung’s disease using posterior sagittal transanal approach is presented. It allows to obtain a sufficient overview the main anatomical structures small pelvis in “frozen pelvis” situation, helping avoid their damage at scar tissue changes.
